John A. WeymarkJohn A. Weymark is a microeconomic theorist who works primarily on taxation theory, mechanism design, and social choice theory.  He also publishes in philosophy.  Recently, he has written papers on voting over nonlinear income tax schedules, dominant strategy implementability, and legislative bargaining.  He serves on the editorial boards of a number of journals and has been one of the lead editors of both Economics and Philosophy and Social Choice and Welfare.  He is a former President of the Society for Social Choice and Welfare.
